| 摘 要： | 介绍了复印机面盖结构与注射成型所采用的3种浇口结构,经用Moldflow软件进行模拟分析、比较,得到优化的浇口设计方案,采用优化浇口设计方案制出的注射模,试模一次成功,生产的塑件质量良好。可为类似塑件的成型提供参考。

| Abstract: | The structure of the face cover of a duplicator was presented and an injection mould was developed.The Moldflow software was used to simulate the molding process with three different types of gate structure and an optimized gate design was achieved according to the comparison and analysis results. |
