摘    要:设计合成了用于识别锌离子的荧光传感分子——水杨醛缩苯乙酰腙(1),通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱表征其结构;利用其荧光性质研究了该物质对几种过渡金属离子的识别性质,初步探讨了其结合模式。实验表明:在乙腈介质中,主体分子1表现出对Zn2+良好的选择性,Zn2+的加入导致1的长波长荧光增强437倍,而其它过渡金属只引起1的荧光略微增强,Job法实验揭示1与Zn2+的结合比为1∶1。

Abstract:A fluorescent chemosensor,salicylaldehyde-2-phenylacetylhydrazone(1),was designed and synthesized.1 was confirmed by IR,~1H NMR and ESI-MS.1 was found to recognize transition metal ions such as Zn~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Hg~(2+)、Pb~(2+) and Ni~(2+) via its fluorescence spectra.Mechanism of enhancement of 1's fluorescence by Zn~(2+) was briefly discussed.It was found that 1 showed a highly selective response to Zn~(2+).In acetonitrile Zn~(2+) induced a dramatic enhancement in the fluorescence of 1 by 437 folds,whereas the other transition metal ions had little influence.Job's test showed 1 coordinated with Zn~(2+) to form 1∶1 model complex.
