局部冷却拉深在厚壁圆筒件成形中的应用

摘    要:介绍了厚壁圆筒件的拉深成形工艺。建立了成形热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元模型并进行了模拟计算。分析了金属应力、应变、成形载荷、温度场及颈缩缺陷与成形工艺、预制坯尺寸、模具尺寸、冷却条件的关系,提出了消除颈缩缺陷的解决方案。

Abstract:Drawing technology with local cooling in forming of cylinder with thick wall has been introduced and FE model of forming thermodynamics coupling rigidity viscidity plasticity has been established and simulated calcula-tion done.Relation of metal stress,strain,forming load,temperature field and neck contraction defect with forming technology,preform size,die size and cooling conditions have been analysed and scheme of eliminating neck con-traction defect has been set forward.
