政府在城市低收入群体住房供给中的责任

近几年,我国房地产业的发展随着国内经济水平的提高出现了较为平稳、繁荣的景象。然而,城市低收入群体的住房供给仍然得不到改善,究其原因与政策、对象界定、供给状况、信贷机制等各方面有着直接或间接的联系。面对这一严峻的问题,政府应将发挥其主导性,有针对性地把准对象,坚持正确发挥市场作用,加强法律法规认识和信贷机制,多种形式地加强低收入群体的购房能力,从而构建多种资源配置方式相互补充的城市住房供给体系。
