摘    要:选取某型装备溢流阀为研究对象,根据实际需求设计了DAQ硬件平台,并结合LabView虚拟仪器对采集到的数据进行小波包分析,将信号的能量分解到各个频带,通过能量柱形图反映出不同故障时的能量变化,并提取了故障的特征参量,为故障预测打下基础.

Abstract:The relief valve of certain equipment was taken as the research object.According to its working characters,a DAQ hardware platform was designed to collect data.Combining with LabView virtual instrument,the collected data were displayed and analyzed with wavelet packet.The energy of the signal was decomposed to different frequency bands and displayed through a column chart.The fault characteristics were extracted to distinguish different faults from the characteristics of data.
