混凝土泵车臂架有限元分析

摘    要:根据处于全伸水平位置的混凝土泵车臂架的受力情况,建立有限元模型,简化后施加载荷与约束,计算臂架的位移与应力云图;并进行模态分析,得到固有频率和振型;对油缸连杆机构进行参数优化,仿真结果表明油缸的长度及推力均有明显减小.

Abstract:Based on the stress condition of the boom system under the fully-unfold and horizontal position,the finite element model was established.Simplifying the local micro-structure of booms and adding exerted forces and constraints,both the displacement contours and the stress contours of the boom system were calculated.The natural frequencies and the vibration models were obtained through model analysis.The parameters of the cylinder-rod mechanism were optimized.The simulation results show the cylinder length and push pressure are reduced significantly.
