| 摘 要： | 介绍了球磨超细硅酸锆湿法生产线的工艺流程、主要设备技术性能以及工艺特点.生产实践证明,该生产线工艺设计合理、设备性能优良、生产成本低,生产的超细硅酸锆达到了国内高档陶瓷釉料乳浊剂所要求的质量品级.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process flow,the technical performances of the major equipment and technical characteristics of ball mill superfine wet grinding line of zirconium silicate.The productive practice shows that for this production line,the process design is rational,the performances of the equipment are good,the production cost is low,and the produced superfine zirconium silicate powder comes up to the quality required for the emulsifying agent of glaze used for high-grade ceramics in China. |
