开发和应用钌基氨合成催化剂

摘    要:本文详细介绍了国外钌基氨合成催化剂化剂的开发和应用情况。已商业化的钌基催化剂是把Ru2(CO)12升华到含石墨的碳载体上,碱金属氧化物为促进剂。钌催化剂在低温低压下的高活性和稳定性,放宽了对操作条件的限制,为开发新型低能耗合成氨工艺奠定了物质基础,推动了传统合成氨工艺技术的进步。在大型氨厂,在与传统合成塔串联的合成塔或单独以弛放气为原料气的辅助合成塔中,应用此催化剂,不仅增加产量,而且还能降低能耗

Abstract:Development and application of the Ru-based ammonia synthesis catalyst abroad was introduced in detail. The catalyst prepared by subliming Ru_s (CO)_(12) onto a graphite-containing carbon support. Alkali oxides is used as promoter. Under low temperature and pressure, high activity and stabillty of Ru catalyst relax restriction on the operational conditions.This catalyst used in converter connected in series with the traditional converter, or in the auxiliary converter with purge gas as feed-stock in large ammonia plant not only increases production but aslo reduces the energy consumption.
