| 摘 要： | 2,6-二氟苯甲酸经氯化、酰化生成2,6-二氟苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯后,与2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶进行加成反应得到了标题化合物,探讨了影响反应的主要因素,用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱对其结构进行了表征,经初步生物活性测试表明化合物具有一定的除草活性。

| Abstract: | 2,6-Difluorobenzoylthiourea was synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxyl pyrimidine with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isosulfocyanic ester from 2,6-difluorocarboxylic acid by chloration and acylate,its structure was characterized by IR and(()~1HNMR) spectra and elemental analysis.The primary factors of effect on reaction were discussed.The preliminary biologic tests showed that these compounds had good herbicidal activity. |
