| 摘 要： | 总结分析了电极材料喷溅侵蚀的机理,归纳了加热电极表面的电弧热源计算方法,综述了考虑二次相变条件下的移动边界温度场计算方法,分析了建立喷溅侵蚀模型的影响因素。

| Abstract: | The sputter erosion mechanism of electrode material and the computation method of arc power heating electrical contacts are analyzed in this paper.Techniques used to solve the twice phase transformation with moving boundary in temperature field are studied as well.The paper also discusses the influential factors on sputter erosion in order to establish the sputter erosion model of electrical contacts. |
