鲜姜黄中姜黄素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究从鲜姜黄中提取姜黄素的工艺条件。结果表明,在鲜姜黄原料切片厚为2~3 mm、粒度为75~126 mm3、三段逆流浸提条件下,姜黄素提取的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度75%,浸提温度80℃,浸提时间2 h,固液比1∶5 kg/L,在此条件下姜黄素浸出量32.3 mg/g。

Abstract:This paper studied the extracting technique for curcumin from fresh curcuma longa L by single factors and orthogonal analysis experiments.The results showed that when fresh curcuma longa L piece thickth is 2~3 mm,granule size is 75~126 mm~3,liquids in three containers counterflow leaching,ethanol concentration is 75%,extracting temperature is 80℃,extracting time is 2 h and ratio of curcuma longa L to ethanol volume(75%) is 1∶5,and the yield of curcumin is 32.3 mg/g.
