摘    要:本文介绍了利用振动及油液分析技术综合诊断船舶往复式空压机故障,并通过一个实例具体分析了空压机的故障。该方法在船舶上的应用解决了监测工作中单一利用振动信号分析难以确定故障部位的问题。

Abstract:This paper takes an example to introduce the fault diagnosis of the reciprocating air compressor by vibration and oil monitoring. And it took an example to analysis a typical fault in detail. The method was quit useful in the locating of the faults, and it was very effective compared with only using vibration test.
