总结了塑料助剂国外生产概况及国内工业现状；提出了国内在高效、环保、特殊性能和用途有待开发的自有知识产权的助剂品种；国内现有企业应完善三废治理，提高综合利用率，用规模化生产来降低成本，提高效益，增强企业的竞争力；研究开发方面应加强指导性的开发分工、协调；应借鉴国外经验发展树脂配料企业，根据不同用途混配成各种混合配料，形成“一包装”(One-pack)，使各塑料加工厂能稳定地获得所要求的原料，保证加工制品的质量。这种配料行业的专业性很强，需要科研单位与企业的配合。

Present Industrial Situation and Tendency of Research and Development of Plastics Additives

The general situation overseas and the present situation at home of plastics additives production were reviewed. It was put forward that plastics additives with high efficiency, environment friendly, special performance and application and self-determination intellectual asset should be developed at home. The three wastes problems, comprehensive use of materials, cost reduction, high additional value should be focused for domestic enterprises. As for research and development, government should enhance guide to cooperation and division of work by use for advanced references. To provide all the plastic process enterprise with feedstock they need, one pack products should be formed, which need the collaboration of research institutes and enterprises.
