石墨/聚氨酯弹性体复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:研究了石墨填料对聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)性能的影响。结果表明,石墨颗粒在PUE基体中分布均匀,不影响其微相分离特征,并可提高材料的软化温度;当石墨加入量小于30%时,PUE材料硬度基本不受石墨添加量的影响;石墨质量分数为10%时,复合材料的强度出现峰值;添加石墨颗粒可以显著改变复合材料的力学性能。

Abstract:The effects of graphite particles filler on mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer (PUE) were investigated. The result showed that the adding of graphite didn't affected the micro-phase separation feature of the PUE and increased softening temperature of the composite. The hardness of the PUE was not affected by the weight of graphite when the graphite content was 30%. There was a strengthening peak in the Graphite/PUE compound material with 10% graphite particles. The content of graphite particles was able to change the mechanical properties of the composite.
