摘    要:针对我国2003年夏季高峰电力紧缺的严峻问题,提出实施集中空调系统周期性暂停用电工作的意见,阐述基于GPRS技术的集中空调负荷管理系统的原理、功能和结构,并以江苏省为例对其潜在效益进行了研究、分析.通过分析得出实施该系统在不影响用户舒适度的情况下,可以以极小的经济代价为江苏电网避免可观的新增系统峰荷容量,具有巨大的经济和社会效益.

Abstract:According to the stern problem of peak power shortage occurred during the summer in 2003 in China, this paper puts forward the opinion of enforcing duty cycling for central air conditioning, describes the principles, function and structure of load management system for central air conditioning based on GPRS technology, studies and analyzes the potential benefits with Jiangsu province as an example. The results from enforcing this system show that it can avoid adding large amount of system peak load capacity, and does not affect the comfortable condition for using central air conditioning, and has huge economic and social benefits.
