水平井滑套分压工艺技术及现场应用

针对目前国内外低渗透油田水平井压裂改造工艺复杂、工艺可靠性差的现状,研究试验了水平井滑套分段压裂工艺及配套技术,经现场试验及应用,该管柱性能可靠,满足水平井分段压裂要求.水平井选层压裂工具总成实现了坐封、工作、解封全过程液压动作,由其组成的工艺管柱入井工具少,性能稳定,并形成了事故卡井打捞配套技术,使施工更加安全可靠,是一种先进的水平井分段改造工艺技术.

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HORIZONTAL FRACTURING TECHNOLOGY WITH SLIDING SLEEVE

Based on the current conditions of complex technology and poor reliabilities of fracturing stimulation of horizontal well in low permeability oilfield at home and abroad at present, separate zone fracturing technology and matched technique of horizontal well with sliding sleeve has been studied and tested. Applied in on-site tests, fracturing strings have advantages of good reliability, and can meet the requirements of separate zone fracturing in horizontal well. Selective zone fracturing tool assemblies in horizontal well are hydraulically operated in the process of setting, working and free of setting. Fracturing strings formed by fracturing tool assemblies have advantages of little tools which run into the well and stable reliability. A series of matched fishing technology for stuck well has been formed. This kind of fracturing treatment is even safer and more reliable. It is a kind of advanced separate zone fracturing technology in horizontal well.
