| 摘 要： | 仅仅根据产品的主参数来确定产品之间的相似程度往往难干找到最为相似的设计案例，造成后续的产品变形设计任务量增大，为此，提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)的模块化产品结构配置模型．该模型首先利用最近相似策略计算基本模块之间的相似度，然后综合各基本模块相似度，得到中间层次模块的相似度，进而得到目标方案与设计案例之间的相似度，最终获得最为相似的设计方案．最后，以水轮机方案设计为例，介绍了该模型的具体应用．

| Abstract: | Modular product structural configuration model based on the analytical hierarchy process was presented. Through the model, the similarity of primary modules was calculated utilizing the closest similar strategy, and the similarity of middle modules was gotten by synthesizing the similarity of primary modules. The similarity between the target product and the historical cases, is estabished. In the end, an example applying the model to hydraulic turbine case design is introduced. |
