Evaluation of a glass epoxy for vacuum applications |

| Abstract: | The properties of a glass epoxy have been studied following heat treatment under vacuum at 150°C. Little change in physical and electrical properties occurs but the outgassing rate of the material is reduced by an order of magnitude. |
