水基钻井液成膜技术研究进展

摘    要:水基钻井液成膜技术是当今研究的热点,其核心技术是利用页岩或钻井液的物理、化学特性,使页岩或钻井液具有半透膜的性能或在井壁上形成一层较高质量的隔离膜,阻止钻井液向地层的进一步滤失,从而有效地稳定井壁和保护油气层。文章根据国内外研究的实际情况,对水基钻井液的几种成膜机理进行了探讨,分析了半透膜和隔离膜的实质,总结了成膜水基钻井液、成膜处理剂以及成膜新工艺的应用现状及发展趋势。建议加强对成膜机理以及对所形成膜的性质等方面的研究。同时应在提高膜的功能和环保型成膜剂方面做出不懈努力。

Abstract:Many researches have focused on the membrane forming technology of water-based mud. And the key is to take advantage of the physical and chemical properties of shale or mud to enable the shale or mud to form a semipermeable membrane or form a high quality partition membrane on the wall of the well, so as to prevent the mud from flowing into the formation to effectively stabilize the wall of the well and protect the reservoir. On basis of investigations of related studies abroad and in China, several mechanisms of membrane-forming of water-based mud are discussed in this paper, and the conceptions of semipermeable membrane and partition membrane are analyzed, and the research status in quo and prospect of membrane-forming water-based mud, membrane additives and membrane-forming technology are also summarized.
