摘    要:300MW机组低压加热器疏水系统设计为逐级自流和低压加热器疏水泵联合运行方式,疏水泵定速运行时普遍存在泵故障率高、管道振动大、低压加热器投入率等问题。利用变频技术将低压加热器水位控制方式由阀门调节为疏水泵变频控制,改造后一年多运行表明疏水泵运行稳定,安全可靠,低压加热器投入率达100%,节能显著,并很快在湛江发电厂推广使用。

APPLICATION OF FREQUENCY-CONVERTING TECHNOLOGY ON DRAIN PUMP FOR LP HEATER OF A 300MW UNIT
Abstract:The drain system of LP heater was designed as a combined operation system of step-by-step gravity drain and drain pump. When the said pump is operating at constand speed, troublesome problems, shch as higher fault rate, larger pipeline vibration, shorter time for putting LP heater into operation etc, are ubiquitous. Using frequency-converting technology, the water level in LP heater can be controlled by converting the frequency of drain pump’s power supply instead of adjustment with valves. More than one year’s operation of the retrofitted system proved that the operation of said drain pump to be stable, safe and reliable .The rate of putting LP heater into operation reaches 100% and the effect of energy-saving is obvious. The said technology has been rapidly spread in use.
