基于火炮身管内径自动检测机器人的研究

摘    要:研制了一种能自动完成火炮身管内径新型检测机器人,介绍了机器人的结构组成、工作原理及测量方法。针对特殊的检测对象一火炮内膛直径,机器人采用沿圆周带角度均匀分布的类行星轮系作为驱动系统。这种设计使得机器人能够根据火炮身管内径自适应地调节径向尺寸,自由地、精确地进行检测。

Abstract:An automatic detection robot for artillery diameter are developed.Structure component,work principle and measuring ways of the robot are introduced.Aimed at special detection object-artillery bore diameter,the robot uses epicyclic gears as driving system that has symmetrical distributing of circle and different angle.This design makes robot automatic adaptively adjust radial dimension according to artillery bore,and detect freely and accurately.
