自动电压控制系统在唐山电网中的应用

摘    要:简要介绍唐山电网建设自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统的必要性,研究了AVC系统在唐山电网中的实际应用,分析了AVC运行中存在的问题,并提出了相应改进意见。AVC系统实施以后,使得无功资源的利用效率实现了最大化,电网无功电压管理工作真正由传统经验型向智能化管理型转变,很好地实现了电网电压精确、精准的自动控制,确保了为用户提供优质的电能质量。

Abstract:In this paper,the necessity to construct AVC(automatic voltage control) system in the power system of Tangshan is introduced,the actual application of AVC system in Tangshan power grid is studied,the problems existed in AVC operation are analyzed and corresponding improvement suggestions are raised.After implementation of AVC system,the most effective use of reactive power resources are achieved;the management of reactive power voltage of power network is really transitioned from traditional experience to intelligent management;the accurate and correct automatic control of network voltage is effectively achieved;and the supply of high-quality electric power to the user is ensured.
