摘    要:为制备适用于调温纺织品领域的蓄热功能材料,以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NHMPA)为网络剂单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,在反应的同时加入线性聚乙二醇(PEG),采用溶液聚合法制备出了聚N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(PNHMPA)/聚乙二醇半互穿聚合物网络(S-IPN)定形相变材料,定形载体为化学交联的PNHMPA,蓄热工作物质为互穿缠结物理交联的PEG相变材料。通过溶胀实验,对定形相变材料的开孔程度和耐水洗性进行了研究,采用扫描电镜、差热扫描、热重分析等方法对溶胀处理前后半互穿网络定形相变材料的结构形态和热性能进行了研究。研究表明,交联网络载体对PEG具有良好的固定效果,定形相变材料具有较高的相变焓和良好的热稳定性,半互穿网络定形相变材料具有均匀分布、尺寸为微米级的三维孔洞。

Abstract:Crosslinked poly-hydroxymethyl acrylamide were synthesized by the stepwise polymerization in aqueous solution of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide(NHMPA) with N,N-methylenebisacry(BIS) as cross-linking agent and Ammonium persulfate as initiator.Interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) hydrogels were prepared by introducing linear polyethylene glycol into the crosslinked poly-hydroxymethyl acrylamide as the second component.The swelling behavior of IPN gel before and after being washed was studied by swelling experiment.The chemical structures and microcosmic morphology of hydrogels were investigated by means of the scanning electron microscope.Thermal properties of the IPN composites were studied by thermal gravimetric analysis and differential thermal scanning.Results show that,IPN composite material has high opening rate.Prepared holes in the skeleton of the composite has more uniform distribution of phase change materials and better fixed effect,has better thermal stability.
