尖晶石型MAl_2O_4(M=Cu、Ni)粉体的制备及其光电性能

摘    要:采用柠檬酸法制备了尖晶石型粉体MAl2O4(M=Cu、Ni),并采用XRD、UV-vis对粉体进行表征。将两种粉体分别复合到TiO2光阳极中,测试MAl2O4(M=Cu、Ni)/TiO2复合光阳极的光电性能。结果表明,MAl2O4(M=Cu、Ni)纳米粒子为窄禁带半导体材料;将MAl2O4(M=Cu、Ni)纳米粒子复合到TiO2中,电池的性能都有所提高;当MAl2O4(M=Cu、Ni)纳米粒子的质量分数为2%时,电池性能最好,且CuAl2O4/TiO2复合薄膜电池的性能优于NiAl2O4/TiO2复合薄膜电池,转化效率分别提高了61%和30%。

Abstract:Spinel MAl2O4(M = Cu,Ni) nanopowders were synthesized by citric acid method and the synthesized MAl2O4 nanopowders were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum(UV-vis).The MAl2O4 nanopowders were doped into nanocrystalline semiconductor oxide film electrode of DSSC and the photoelectric performance of MAl2O4/TiO2 composite films was investigated.The results show that MAl2O4 nanopowders are narrow band semiconductor.When doping MAl2O4 nanopowders into TiO2,the performance of DSSC increased significantly.When the content of MAl2O4 nanopowders was 2%,the performance of DSSC is the best.Furthermore,the performance of CuAl2O4/TiO2 composite films is better than NiAl2O4/TiO2 composite films,in which the photoelectric conversion efficiency increased by 61%,30%,respectively.
