摘    要:通过大功率晶闸管整流设备进行金属冶炼的中频炉或高频炉在生产过程中产生大量谐波分量注入到电力系统,导致一些电气设备无法正常运行甚至被烧毁。本文针对这一问题,以某冶炼厂作为研究对象,按照GB/T 14549—1993《电能质量公用电网谐波》制定的标准要求,采取滤波技术措施,取得了较为显著的效果。

Abstract:Metal smelting furnace of intermediate frequency or high frequency will produce the large amount of harmonic component into electric power system when they work with the high-power thyristor rectifier equipments.This may cause abnormal operation of some electrical equipment or even burned.In order to solve this problem,according to GB/T 14549—1993,some harmonic filtering technology methods have been used for a smelter and have already shown some obvious effect.
