他励式STATCOM他励电源容量的选择研究

摘    要:静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)的直流侧是电容器,如何保持直流侧电容电压的稳定是STATCOM可靠运行的关键。STATCOM逆变器直流侧电容电压的建立可分为自励式和他励式,他励式STATCOM逆变器的直流侧电容电压由他励电源来提供,他励方式不但可以稳定直流电压,同时还有抑制STATCOM在动态切换过程中直流电压波动的作用,在大容量STAT-COM中得到了应用。本文对比了自励式与他励式STATCOM,分析了他励电源的稳压及动态调节机理,并通过理论分析和仿真实验,给出了基于三相电压源型逆变器的他励式STATCOM中他励电源容量选择及参数设计的方法,为他励电源的设计提供了基本的参考依据。

Abstract:DC-link of STATCOM(static synchronous compensator) is capacitor and how to maintain the DC-link voltage stability is the key to reliable operation of STATCOM.The method of establishing STATCOM dc-link voltage is divided into self-excited and auxiliary-excited mode.DC-link voltage of auxiliary-excited STATCOM is provided by auxiliary-excited power supply.Auxiliary-excited mode not only can stabilize DC voltage but also can reduce DC voltage fluctuation in the process of switching in dynamic STATCOM,which has been used in large capacity STATCOM circuit topology.In this paper,self-excited and auxiliary-excited STATCOM are compared,stabilizing voltage and dynamic adjustment mechanism of auxiliary-excited power supply are analyzed,the method of capacity selection and parameter design of auxiliary-excited power supply in STATCOM based on three-phase voltage source inverter type are also given,which provides basic reference basis for the design of auxiliary-excited power supply.
