摘    要:采用柠檬酸络合无焰燃烧法制备锂离子电池正极材料尖晶石型LiMn2O4,颗粒大小只有10-100nm,晶型完整,电化学性能与国内外商品化的同种材料相当。直流电阻实验显示该材料在低于室温处存在一个相变。采用柠檬酸络合无焰燃烧法可以简化柠檬酸络合反应法的制备工艺,降低其成本。

Abstract:A modified citrate route with combustion for preparing LiMn2O4 with pure spinel phase, used for the positive material in lithium-ion battery, was developed. The particle size of spinel LiMn2O4 obtained is only 10-100nm and uniform, and the experiments show that the electrochemical per- formance of the investigated material is comparable with the commercial LiMn2O4. However a phase transition at temperature lower than ambient temperature was observed by D.C. resistance measure- ment. Meanwhile by this new technique, the normal citrate route for spinel LiMn2O4 preparation is simplified and the cost might be decreased.
