大型铝制料仓焊接变形及气孔的控制

摘    要:针对大型5A02(LF2)铝合金科仓焊接过程中,易产生气孔和焊接变形的问题,对板厚大于8mm的铝合金板材,采用半机械化MIG焊接方法;对板厚小于8mm的铝合金板材,采用手工TIG焊接方法;并结合其它有效的焊接工艺措施,工程焊接质量良好。

Abstract:In light of the distortion and pore producing in the welding of large capacity aluminium alloy soil shell,semi-mechanized MIG welding method is selected and used for the aluminium alloy plank whose thickness is above 8 mm.Manual TIG welding method is adopted for the aluminium alloy plank whose thickness is below 8 mm.Others effective welding technological measures are also adopted to obtain a satisfactory welding quality.
