摘    要:采用固定床工艺,针对中国科学院山西煤炭化学研究所开发的新型Mo系催化剂,进行了合成气制低碳混合醇公升级模试.在完成了催化剂制备工艺放大后,进行了1000小时连续运转,取得了良好的实验结果.同时在装置开车过程中,发现了催化剂粒度放大效应,提出了相应的解决措施,进一步考察了反应热效应,为工程设计积累了丰富的基础数据,为下一步的万吨级工业示范试验奠定了基础.

Abstract:Aimed at new Catalysts of Group Mo by Shanxi Institute Coal chemical, the liter-level pilot test of preparing MAS by synthesis gas has run by fixed bed. After the scale-up of catalyst preparation process, the test has run for 1000 hours continuously,and good results have been achieved. Simultaneously, during the units starting up the grain scale-up effect of catalysts has been found and solved, and the heat effect has been investigated further, which provide many basic datum for engineering design and lay a foundation to10 thousand ton-level industry demonstration test.
