弱极化曲线拟合技术在土壤腐蚀研究中的应用

摘    要:在后插参比电极测量法的基础上,应用弱极化曲线拟合软件直接对极化曲线上弱极化区的数据进行拟合,求算动力学参数,从而估算出A3钢在黑潮土中不同水分含量下的腐蚀速度,与实际情况相比具有较好的对应性,并证实了钢铁材料在土壤中的腐蚀行为在大多数情况下受到阴极氧浓度极化的控制。

Abstract:A low polarization curve fitting technique was used to process polarization data in low polarization region for soil corrosion systems. Polarization measurements were carried out in a cell with back inserted reference electrode. Based on the curve fitting, corrosion rate can be approximately estimated and different corrosion mechanisms of the system distinquished. It was found that the corrosion process of carbon steel in Shenyang soil was controlled by oxygen diffusion, and the diffusion rate varied with moisture content in the soil.
