| 摘 要： | 以金刚石合成机控制系统改造为例，提出了一种基于IPC与PLC相结合的DCS控制系统。在系统设计中，采用了上位机与下位机独立运行、以串行通信方式进行信息传递的方法。并且引入了容错技术，大大提高了系统的可靠性与稳定性。采用了面向对象技术和多线程技术，使得系统的维护和升级变得十分方便。半年多的运行表明：本控制系统大大提高了金刚石产品的控制精度和质量．减轻了操作人员的劳动强度，提高了管理的科学化水平。

| Abstract: | Taking t he example of crystal control system,the arti-cle introduces a new DCS based on IPC and PLC.For adopting the operating computer and controlling computer indepe ndence running,the mode of information serial communication,the tech-nique of p ermitting mistake is inducted to the software,the con-trol system' s MTTF is pr olonged consumedly.By using the OO technology and multithreading technology,the maintenance&up-grade is very easy and convenient.Half year' s running show:this system improves the control precision and the product of crystal,ease the emplo yee' s work intensity,and advance the management. |
