摘    要:根据2005年指导某厂高炉中钛渣冶炼技术攻关的实践,结合多次参加中试的经验,谈了对钒钛磁铁矿高炉中钛渣冶炼的体会,给出了高炉渣中含TiO2分别为6-8%.9-12%.13-16%条件下的炉温控制范围,以及炉渣碱度范围。并对今后中钛渣冶炼需继续完善和提高的方面发表了见解。

Abstract:On the basis of technical practice of smelting titaniferous slag in blast furnace at a plant dericted by auther in 2005,combining with experiences of more pilot-plant test,this paper talked about some feeling fore smelting medium titaniferous slag in BF from V-Ti bearing magnetite,gave the each limits of furnace temperature comtrol for under the comditions of 6~8%,9~12%,13~16% contents of TiO_2 in slag and the limits of alkalinity in slag.The paper set also auther's view on perfecting and optimizing smelting medium titanferous slag.
