摘    要:目的 建立某柴油机缸盖的参数化实体模型, 并对其进行有限元动力学分析. 方法 利用特征技术建立缸盖的参数化模型, 最后用有限元模态分析法进行其模态参数的计算. 结果 实现了基于特征的缸盖参数化建模, 计算出前四阶固有频率及主振型. 结论 体现了基于特征的参数化建模在复杂结构的动力分析中的优越性, 为整机的动力学仿真研究奠定了基础

Abstract:Aim To establish the parametric solid model based on feature for cylinder head of diesel and analyze the finite element model. Methods Feature technology is used to establish the parametric model. The finite element method is applied to calculate the modal parameters. Results The parametric model is successfully realized; the first four natural frequencies and the modal shapes are calculated. Conclusion The superiority over previous methods in the dynamic analysis of complicated structures is obviously seen, and a basis for the dynamic simulation study for the engine is provided.
