本文结合也门塔伊兹大学科技、工程学院楼的设计实践,运用开放建筑的设计理念和空间组织模式,力求做到空间组织与行为需求动态结合,指出一条当代建筑可持续发展的积极思路。

The Buildings for Science and Technology andEngineering Institutes of Taizz University in Yemen

The article points out a positive way of thinking to carry out sustainable developments of architecture today by taking into consideration of the designs for the buildings of Science and Technology and Engineering Institutes of Taizz University in Yemen, using the design conception and space organization mode of open construction and striving to achieve the integration of space organization and dynamic state of behavioral demand. The article continues that human behavioral demand in open design system can be divided into common and individual demands, and that different factors be divided into variable and invariable factors. The invariable factor, decided by common behavioral demand, puts emphasis in the regularity of social common behavior; the variable factor which represents individual behavioral demand, reflects the characteristics of diversity of social life. This kind of relationship in static and dynamic states is found in every link in space organization, enjoying both unity and certain flexibility. The above mentioned designs have this kind of characteristics.
