基于巴克豪森效应的无缝钢轨纵向应力测试

摘    要:研制了基于巴克豪森效应的无缝线路钢轨纵向应力检测仪,介绍了仪器的工作原理。现场试验发现,无缝线路固定区的纵向应力基本呈均匀分布状态。

Abstract:An instrument for measuring longitudinal stress of seamless railroad was developed on the basis of Barkhausen effect. The principle of the instrument was introduced. It was found in the in situ test that the longitudinal stress in the fixed region of seamless railroad was in the state of uniform distribution on the whole.
