醚酯类起泡剂的研究

摘    要:醚酯类起泡剂是一种以石油化工副产品为原料的合成起泡剂,原料来源广、合成工艺简单、成本低、污染少,浮选指标和2#油相近,采用表面活性剂“亲水-亲油平衡值”即HLB值的“加合法”计算公式,设计出醚酯类起泡剂的最佳分子结构。用泡沫柱高度法测试其起泡能力,再经过选矿试验证明其性能.

Abstract:With a wide source of raw materials, simple process of synthesis,low cost, little pollution and similar metallurgical performance to pine camphor oil, the ester ether frother has been synthesized from byproducts of petrochemical industry. The best molecular structure of the ester ether forther has been designed through the Adding Method by use of the Hydrophile-Lypophile Balanc value (HLB value) of the surfactants. Its forthing capacity has been tested through the Method of Foam Height and confirmed by productive experiments.
