液晶玻璃基板应力分析与对策

摘    要:光电产业对液晶基板玻璃的要求向超薄化、高清晰、全面屏发展,对液晶玻璃基板的品质需求也日益提高。由于玻璃基板行业竞争日益强烈,对生产企业来说,提升玻璃基板品质尤为关键。为降低TFT-LCD液晶玻璃生产过程中因退火温度不均、厚薄差异大、形状不稳、环境压差波动及切割晃动造成成型品质应力的波动,从溢流下拉法生产原理、应力分类、应力影响因素及对策方法展开深入研究,并通过实践加以论证,为TFT-LCD液晶玻璃生产中应力分析与对策提供正确思路,同时提升高效对策,促进行业健康稳定发展。

Abstract:The demand of photoelectric industry for the liquid crystal display glass substrate is developing towards ultra-thin, high clear and all-round screen, and the requirement ofthe liquid crystal display glass quality is also increasing day by day. As the competition in substrate glass industry becomes increasingly intense, it is particularly critical for manufacturers to improve their glass substrate quality. To reduce the quality fluctuation of TFT-LCD glass due to uneven annealing temperature, non-uniform thickness, erratic shape, environment pressure changing, and jigging motion while cutting, the principle of overflow drawdown process, stress classification, stress influencing factors and countermeasures were studied and verified through practice. Correct thinking way was provided for stress analysis and countermeasures in TFT-LCD glass production so as to promote efficient countermeasures and stable and health development ofthe industry.
