摘    要:高掺率废玻璃熔化及成分补偿技术针对浮法玻璃中高比例掺入外购废玻璃,通过燃烧技术、成分补偿及马蹄焰窑炉结构的创新等技术措施,解决由此引起的成分波动、澄清困难、结石增多等技术质量问题,并有效节约原矿资源和化工材料,实现清洁生产,降低污染物的排放,减少土地和人畜危害。

Abstract:High waste glass mixing rate melting and composition compensation technology aims at mixing high proportion of waste glass into float glass. Through technical measures such as combustion technology, component compensation and innovation of horse-shoe flame furnace structure, the technical quality problems arising from high waste glass mixing rate such as component fluctuation, difficulty in clarification and increase of stones are solved. It also effectively saves raw mineral resources and chemical materials, realizes cleaner production, reduces pollutant emissions, and reduces land, human and animal hazards.
