高压微雾加湿在液晶玻璃基板生产中的应用

摘    要:在液晶玻璃基板生产中,铂金通道需要在一个稳定的高温高湿环境中(恒温恒湿间)。实际生产中原有空调机组系统难以达到工艺需求的温湿度且保持稳定。引入高压微雾加湿系统,与原有空调系统结合使用,不仅能够达到工艺需求的温湿度且保持稳定,同时达到节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:In the production of liquid crystal glass substrate, the platinum channel needs to be in a stable high temperature and high humidity atmosphere(constant temperature and humidity space). In actual production,it is difficult for the original air conditioning unit system to meet the process requirement of temperature and humidity and even keep stable. The introduction of high-pressure mist humidification system, combined with the original air conditioning system, can not only achieve the temperature and humidity required by the process and maintain stability, but also achieve the purpose of energy-saving and consumption reducing.
