摘    要:处于复杂环境中的一栋90 m高框架剪力墙结构楼房需爆破拆除,可供倒塌的场地逼仄、距国家二级保护文物最小距离只有17 m。对楼房采用了三个爆破缺口、自上而下顺序起爆、上中切口间时差1.3 s、中下切口间时差1.5 s、向南双向折叠控制爆破技术。用人工剪破碎和机械剪切等方法结合力学原理对剪力墙、电梯井等刚性承重体提进行预处理,尽可能在爆破前不影响建筑物稳定性的前提下消弱楼房的刚性。分析并结合楼房的建筑材料、结构和受力状态选择最符合的爆破参数,爆破中使用复式双闭合起爆网路,采用合理的减震、防尘和防飞石等防护措施。爆破效果良好,确保了临近的国家二级保护文物和周边建构筑物的安全。

Abstract:The demolition blasting design and construction technology for a 90 m high building with frame-shear wall structure was performed in a complex environment. The collapsible site was narrow with minimum distance 17 m to national second-class protected cultural relics, and 3 blasting cuts were set from top to bottom of the building. The time difference between upper and middle cuts and middle and lower cuts was 1.3 second and 1.5 second, respectively. The bidirectional folding controlled blasting technology was carried out southward. The pretreatment and blasting parameters, priming circuit and safety protection measures of the project were given. Under the refined construction ,good blasting effect was obtained, without damage to adjacent national second-class protected cultural relics and surrounding buildings.
