| 摘 要： | 科学、健全的教学管理制度体系是高职院校实现自我发展、自我管理、自我约束良性机制的基础,更是高职院校教学质量提高的保障.阐述了教学管理的内涵和教学管理制度在教学实施中的作用,并从合法性、适用性、发展性等方面提出了教学管理制度制定的原则.

| Abstract: | Scientific and perfect teaching managerial institution system is the foundation for realizing the virtuous mechanism of self-development,self-management and self-discipline;and furthermore,the guarantee of improving the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the connotations of teaching management and the effects of teaching managerial system in the implementation of teaching,and presents the principles of constituting the teaching managerial system from such aspects as validity,applicability and development. |
