摘    要:采用国际通用的方法对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铝合金中的铅含量的不确定度进行了评定。建立了该方法的定量数学模型并推导出不确定度计算公式,分析了不确定度的主要来源;评定了不确定度分量及扩展不确定度;铅量的不确定度评定报告为:XPb=(3.77±0.17)mg/g。

Abstract:Using the international general method of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES) for determination of lead content in aluminum alloy was carried on the evaluation of uncertainty .The mathematical model was established , the method of quantitative uncertainty calculation formula was deduced , and the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed.The uncertainty components was evaluated and the uncertainty was expanded; the amount of uncertainty evaluation of lead was X Pb =(3.77 ±0.17)mg/g.
