| 摘 要： | 为了提高工控设备运行过程中的数据的存储速率及容量,设计了一种以RS-422为输入接口,USB2.0为输出接口的通用数据记录器.分析了数据记录器的电源电路、RS-422接口电路和USB主机接口电路.开发了USB主控制器驱动程序和核心驱动程序.实验结果表明:RS-422发送的数据与U盘接收到的数据匹配度较高,客观的反映出该数据记录器摆脱了对PC机的依赖.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the rate and capacity of storing the industrial equipment operation data,a universal data recorder was designed with RS-422 interface as its input and USB2.0 as its output.The power circuit,RS-422 interface circuit and the USB host interface circuit were analyzed and the USB HCD and USBD were developed.The experiment results showed that the data sent by the RS-422 interface was highly consistent with the data received by the U disk,reflecting objectively that the data recorder was independent from the PC＇s support. |
