| Abstract: | Within the last 3 years,Textechno has developed a new testing device especially for cotton spinning mills.That device is intended for the absolute determination of the length distribution and the strength/elongation properties of short staple fibers.The tester is applicable for measuring raw cotton as well as sliver samples.The measuring principle,the operation and test results of the new Textechno＇s fiber bundle strength and length testing device Fibrotest are presented. |
