Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed for the determination of atrazine in sugar cane extracts by ASE.This method was fast,accurate and highly sensitive.The limit of detection(LOD) for atrazine was 0.1mg/kg.The linear range was 5.0-100.0 μg/mL with correlation coefficient above 0.9999.The mean recovery was between 89.5 % and 101.6%.This method can be applied for the determination of atrazine in sugar cane for its high sensitivity and high selectivity.
