摘    要:建立了采用超高效液相色谱同时测定饮料中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的方法.样品经简单预处理后,使用ZORBAXECLIPSE XDB-C<,18>色谱柱分离,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液(0.02mol/L)为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速为2mL/min,二极管阵列检测器检测,波长230nm,柱温:30℃,进样分析时间仅需2min...

Abstract:An ultra performance liquid chromatographic(UPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of acesulfame,benzoicacid,sorbicacid and sodium saccharin in beverage was developed.The samples were separated on an ZORBAX ECLIPSE XDB-C18 column by isocratic elution at 230nm.With the four target compounds working curve in the scope of 0.5~40.0 μg/mL,a good liner relationship was found between the concentration and peak area(r>0.999) with precision(RSD,n=6)<3.0%.The average recoveries in samples were 88.3~98.2%.The method is sinple,rapid and accurate with high recovery rate.So it can be used to detect these four kinds of food additives in beverage.
