| Abstract: | A rapid detection method for Salmonella strain in food by Matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) was established.Suspected Salmonella was isolated from food with different culture media,detected and identified by MALDI-TOF-MS.Detection and identification results of MALDI-TOF-MS of wild strains of Salmonella are consistent with the traditional identification,indicating that the method of this experiment has the identification accuracy for Salmonella.MALDI-TOF-MS method was exact,speed and easy for Salmonella detection in food and MALDI-TOF-MS can be developed for food products quarantine of Salmonella important assistant tool. |
