脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐的研制及其应用

摘    要:以脂肪醇和环氧乙烷为原料,五氧化二磷为酯化剂,三乙醇胺为中和剂,合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐,对其合成工艺及其复配油剂在腈纶上的应用进行了研究。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:环氧乙烷与脂肪醇的摩尔比为2.0,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与五氧化二磷的摩尔比为3.8,五氧化二磷投料时间1.5 h,酯化温度70℃,酯化反应时间3.0 h,三乙醇胺的加入量是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的0.73-0.76 倍。用酯肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐为单体复配的油剂,其在腈纶中的应用情况与进口日本油剂相当。

Abstract:Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene phosphonate tri-ethanolamine salt was synthesized by using fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide as raw materials, phosphorus pentoxide as an esterification reagent and tri-ethanolamine as a neutralizer. The synthesis process and application of its built finish oil in polyacrylonitrile fiber production were studied. The synthesis process conditions were optimized as followed: mole ratio of ethylene oxide and fatty alcohol 2. 0, mole ratio of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene and phosphorus pentoxide 3.8, phosphorus pentoxide feeding time 1. 5 h, esterification temperature 70℃ and time 3. 0 h, tri-ethanolamine amount 0. 73 - 0. 76 higher times than fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene phosphonate amount. The built finish oil using fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene phosphonate tri-ethanolamine salt as monomer had the performance equal to the imported ones from Japan.
