| 摘 要： | 湘钢3#高炉大修改造后有效容积扩容到1080 m3以及增加了炉顶红外线摄像、炉顶煤气自动分析仪、雷达探尺及炉前除尘设备等一系列的新设备、新工艺.通过科学、精心的开炉准备和制订合理的开炉方案,在很短时间内就达到了设计水平.

| Abstract: | The volume of NO.3 BF at Xianggangsteel was expanded to 1080 m3 and increased infrared camcorder,analytic instrument of coal gas,radar detector on top of BF.Besides this, a series of new equipments and new techniques were adopted on this blast furnace. Good operation result was rapidly achieved in a short time for reasonable methods and efficient organization and management. |
