径向玻璃封装型NTC热敏电阻器的研制

摘    要:为制造径向玻璃封装型NTC热敏电阻器(NTCR),采用sol-gel法制备NTCR纳米粉,流延法制作NTCR芯片,合金焊接径向引线和玻璃封装等方法实现了产品的封装,制备出了一种阻值R25为100k?,材料常数B为4200K的径向玻璃封装型NTC热敏电阻器,为径向玻璃封装型NTCR的生产提供了一整套解决方案。

Abstract:In order to produce glass sealed radial lead NTC thermistor, the NTCR nano powders were prepared by sol-gel method, the NTC chips were produced by tape-casting method, the final products were realized by alloy welded radial lead and glass sealed. Of obtained product, the resistance at 25 ℃ is 100 k?, B-value is 4 200 K. This is a set of scheme to produce glass sealed radial lead NTC thermistors.
